I became a regular jogger since July 2011. Today I jogged 8.37 KM in 69 minutes. 21 days after my surgery on Submaxillay Gland. Life is good, enjoy it to the fullest. Never take anything for granted.

Not sure what fitness and aerobic exercise mean to Chinese. A American-Chinese like myself certainly do not enjoy the so called "general aerobic" classes offered by some local gyms. I've been looking forward to join a real Les Mil's Body Pump or Body Attack class but no lock......

Another thing I notice is that all Chinese girls are crazy about their weights. I met a 100 pounder girl who wants to lose weight!!! Man! This is crazy.

Dear all

It's me again.

I am taking this time to share some important tips that I know are priceless when you are just arriving to a new country/city.

I am the mother of three gorgeous children. The two last ones were born in Nanshan Hospital through C-section.

One in May 2009 the other one in October 2010.

Both experiences were gratifying from all points of view. My children and I received the best attention there, facilities were neat, nurses were always kind and helpful and prices reasonable.
