Chef Antonino Scordo, or Nino as he prefers to be called, is the Italian Chef for The Venice Raytour Hotel Shenzhen.

Hello people.

Can you help me?

I'm relocating to Shenzhen from Shanxi province at the weekend.

I was wondering if anybody knows a decent website to find hospitality jobs.

I have worked in 5* hotels, ski resorts, beach resorts, michellin star and AA rosette restauran ts in both the UK and Europe. (I'm English).

I'm not able to find anything interest ing, so, if anybody could help me out, i would be most grateful.

Danish/Chinese looking for internship at hotel restaurants in China

Is it possible to find a hotel/restaurant, who would take in chef's school students under internship?

I was born and raised in Denmark by Chinese parents, but I do not speak mandarin though, only Chiu Chow dialect.

I have family and relatives in Shenzhen, and I look for a kitchen, who can speak english.

 

Is that possible here in China?
