To add to the romance of the evening, ballads will be performed by a live band. The menu for the evening features salmon prepared four ways, Braised Pork Belly with Confit Duck, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Porcini Ragout and Poached Lobster Tail. Café Zen

Café Zen offers a lavish buffet dinner for couples, which features an extensive array of creations such as freshly shucked oysters, grilled seafood, sashimi, pan-seared foie gras and baby abalone.  For dessert, guests can enjoy Valentine-themed treats such as Sex on the Beach Mango Pudding, Passion Liquid Nitrogen and Raspberry Heart Pralines. Shang Garden

On Valentine’s Day, Shang Garden offers guests an eight-course set dinner which includes dishes such as Goose Liver Aspic with Lobster and Salmon, Baked Oyster with Double Flavour and Pan-fried Beef Stick. Available at RMB888 per couple, the “Precious Love” set menu includes two glasses of sparkling wine. Guests may also order the “Forever Love” menu which includes an upgrade of the soup course from Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fresh Ginseng to Braised Bird's Nest in Chicken and Vegetable. Lobby Lounge

At the Lobby Lounge, couples can enjoy an exquisite three-course menu. Valentine’s Day Room Package

Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen offers guest a Valentines’ Day room package for an intimate getaway.
