"Pay What You Think It's Worth" for A Mystery Dinner @ Shizuku of JW Marriott Shenzhen

From 16 September to 15 October 2011, the Shizuku Japanese Restaurant of the JW Marriott Shenzhen will introduce a creative dining concept – “Pay What You Think It's Worth” for a mystery dinner, which is first launched in Shenzhen. 

 

Guests will be served a “mystery menu” prepared by our Japanese Chef Eiji Nakamura. From the freshest and seasonal ingredients available, Chef Eiji will prepare a 6-course dinner including appetizer and dessert for the guests. Not only the menu will not be unveiled until the dinner starts, the dishes offered to different guests may also vary.  At the end of the dinner, guests can decide the amount of bill they want to pay according to their feelings towards the dinner, be it on the food, ambience or the overall experience towards the restaurant.

Exquisite purity of taste，elegant and distinctive Japanese dining venue – is perfected at Shizuku, where Japanese chefs Eiji Nakamura prepare a range of traditional Japanese favorites and seasonal specialties and innovative Japanese dishes.

 

To experience this mystery dinner, advance reservation by phone is required. Each guest can only book one table at a time. All reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
