Pecan Pie Without the Gross, Gooey Corn Syrup 核桃派  American 美国菜

Ingredients:

2 eggs
½ cup (120 g) butter melted
1 cup (180 g) light brown sugar
¼ cup (50 g) white sugar
1 Tbsp (15 ml) flour
1 Tbsp (15 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
1 cup (150 g) chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie crust

 

材料:

两个鸡蛋半杯 (120克) 融化的黄油
1杯 (180克) 黄砂糖
¼ 杯 (50克) 白糖
1汤匙 (15毫升) 面粉
1汤匙 (15毫升) 牛奶
1茶匙 (5毫升) 香草精
1杯 (150克) 山核桃碎
一张生派皮

Directions 烹饪指南:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
烤箱预热至200 摄氏度(华氏400度)。

Beat eggs until frothy, then stir in melted butter. Slowly add the sugars and the flour. Stir really well until smooth. Finally, add milk, vanilla and nuts.

Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust and bake for 10 min. Then turn down the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 35 minutes, or until done.
