The procedure for trade mark register, for reference:   

1. 1. Check the TM is available or not in the system, if it was register by others, then can not register the same or similar TM.    
2. 2. Prepare documents for TM register
3. 3. Submit documents to Trade Mark Office, they will do the review of TM and application documents.
4. 4. Substantive review of TM
5. 5. Preliminary Announcement for 3 months
6. 6. if no dispute, TM Office issue TM Register License.

When all documents prepared, it will take 12-18 months for the whole process. If there is objection, it will be much longer.
