I have 19 years of experience in sales and customer service. I have spent my career honing my skills as a salesperson and sales manager. Structuring deals for customer approval within dealership and finance guidelines. Writing advertising and marketing copy. Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Sales Manager for an independent high-line service and sales dealership. We provided sales and service to high-line cars and an affluent clientele. We specialized in luxury vehicles. The sales department had a special emphasis on brokering luxury vehicles and the sales of older and classic BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
11/01- 4/03- Downtown LA Motors, Los Angeles, CA (213) 367-1974. Pre-owned General Sales Manager for one of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the nation. Responsible for managing the pre-owned sales department. Buyer for the department with a $4,000,000 credit line. Co-coordinated and ultimately responsible for the service and reconditioning of the pre-owned inventory. Responsible for the hiring for the department. Wrote the advertising copy for the department with a budget of $35,000 to $50,000 per month.
1/00- 11/01- Alhambra Mitsubishi, Alhambra, CA. General Sales Manager for the store. Responsible for all hiring, advertising, new car ordering and used car purchasing. This store was closed about 5 months after I returned to Downtown LA Motors.
2/97-1/00- Downtown LA Motors, Los Angeles, CA (213) 367-1974. Pre-owned Sales Manager. Responsible for structuring deals, training sales people and appraising trades. In addition, I was in charge of the Mercedes-Benz Starmark Pre-owned Certification program for the dealership when it was instituted and implemented some policies that Mercedes-Benz of North America recommended as “best practices.”
My automotive sales experience goes back to 6/89 and my management experience to 1992.
