Responsibilities
My main duty is to help our customers produce snowboards in SBF on schedule. This means following details in development, mass production, packaging, and shipping with different customers (including Salomon, Head, Intersport, Decathlon, T9, Omatic, Option, Endeavor, 818sport, and ATOM) responsible for production of 160,000 boards in 2007.

Development:
customers need new construction and graphic designs for next season. This is very important for their market, but most designers don't know the production situation. That means I have to work with our engineers to ensure that new ideas are realistic for our mass production.

Production :
My work requires excellent time management and organizational skills. Most customers place orders in April-July, but we have to ship most boards at the end October. I work with customers to manage orders and arrange production schedules to ship products on time.

Packaging:
Customers tend to provide packaging details late, which would delay delivery time. Pushing customers to have all packaging information on time requires not only time management but also excellent people management skills.

Shipping:
Shipping instruction, like packaging, has to be on time. I have to be attentive to changes to avoid trouble for our packaging process and shipping department. I work with my customers and internal departments to ship their boards at the right time to the right place.
