The Extraordinary

Yes Thai Cuisine initially started in 2006 and its food is very popular from the begining. It obtains the honor certificate of “THAI SELECT” issued by the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and the tittle of “Best Meeting Place” issued by Modern Weekly, now Yes Thai has had nearly ten restaurants opened or planed including the one in Seaworld of ShenZhen.

Compared with Chinese chef of the previous restaurants, the newly opened Yes Thai has three famous thai chefs: Mr APHICHAT, Mr SAKHORN and Miss PIRDAD, and they have been engaged in authentic Thai food for more than ten years in Thailand. Mr APHICHAT comes from a Thai food family. Worked in international chain hotel such Westin and Sheraton, and serves as the food judge of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand. Mr APHICHAT joining Yes Thai in Seaworld as the chief chef will further enhance the food quality, and show his cultural understanding, feelings and experiences for Thai food to the diners perfectly.

鑫泰最初于2006年开始经营,其美味从一开始便深受追捧,并获得泰国商业部颁发“泰精选THAI SELECT”荣誉证书和周末画报“最佳欢聚餐厅”称号。如今鑫泰在深圳已经拥有海上世界店等十家已开张或正在筹划中的分店。相较以往餐厅的中国厨师,这家海上世界新开的鑫泰,由泰籍名厨APHICHAT先生SAKHORN事地道泰式餐饮十余年。其中APHICHAT先生出生于泰菜美食世家,曾就职于威斯汀及喜来登国际连锁酒店,并长期担任泰国商务部美食评委。此次APHICHAT先生加盟鑫泰海上世界店作为总厨,将会进一步提升出品,并把对泰式料理的文化理解和心得体会完美展现给食客。

 

First Impression

The hot and sour feeling flowing in the tongue shall start from the Tom Yang soup. The hot soup with the fragrance of lemon grass, ginger and lemon leaves. Like a warm current flowing from mouth to the stomach, you will feel limp and numb. Comfortable and pleasant, and cannot wait to have another spoon.

Curry is indispensable, for the stir-fried crad with curry, sweet crab meat and thick curry are the perfect match. Also there is the private favorite big-head prawn curry, and with the fine meat. It is more delicious than lobster,

The shrimp essence cream in shrimp head is also great delicacy. The barbecued Aconitum fish, Thai hot and sour chicken legs, fried shrimp cake, delicious food are worth tasting for the foodies.

流淌于舌尖的酸辣当然要从冬荫功汤开始。那散发着香茅,姜,柠檬叶的香气的热汤,如同一股涓涓细流,像通了电般酥酥麻麻,从口腔留到胃,待到汤落肚,才觉得身心熨帖舒畅,忙将下一勺送至嘴边······

咖哩是必不可少的,一个咖喱皇炒蟹,蟹肉清甜与咖喱的浓厚搭配在一起相得益彰;也少不了私家最爱的咖喱大头虾,其肉质纤细比龙虾更好吃,吸食虾头中的膏,绝对美味。其他的诸如明炉乌头鱼,泰式酸辣凤爪。炸虾饼,春卷不胜枚举的美味,值得老饕流连其间——品尝。
