Kitchen Rouge is a concept restaurant showcasing vibrant flavors that stem from a fusion of Asian, Western and French cuisine. Owners David  Mu and Jane Zhang started Kitchen Rouge in May 6th along with Executive Chef Wesley Alene from the island of Mauritius. Executive Chef Wesley has created a unique menu showcasing art, creativity and vision. Flavors from Kitchen Rouge are expressed combining a fusion of multiple flavors stemming from many cultures with a touch of his native cuisine.

Kitchen rouge is located on the 2nd floor of shopping park and boasts a romantic and relaxed atmosphere featuring soft lights comforted by slow and soft jazz. The owner David Mu and his wife created the homely and romantic atmosphere along with his wife by fueling their personality into the interior décor. Step away from the city noise and enjoy a quiet and relaxing dinner in this tucked away restaurant. 

Chef Wesley is an adventurous and artistic chef with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. His work is gastronomy kitchen and fusion as well molecular techniques. His creations are fueled by Mauritius Indian Ocean and French culture fused with Asian favorites. This shows in the menu, which showcases a diverse choice of dishes from around the world such as: Brazilian Bobo De Cameron, Mauritius Island Fusion Crab Soup, Mauritius Fusion Smoked Salmon and an American Beef Tenderloin fused with a Mauritius Potato Chutney.

Owner Jane is a food lover who loves to cook Thai cuisine and loves the idea of natural an fresh foods. This is why she chooses from Thai food because it is full of passion and is very natural. She has high standards on the food quality control and makes sure that no chemicals or bad products are used in the dishes served at kitchen rouge.

The staff at Kitchen Rouge are trained to be attentive and friendly providing a personalized experience to each of the guests. Tables can be reserved and the hours of operations are for lunch 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
