Seaflyer was established
in Shenzhen August,1998 with an investment of 20 million HongKong
dollars. After about 10 years continuous development, it has become one
of the leading OEMfor plastic injection mold tooling,  moulding, post
treatment and assembly in South China. It has about 800 staff,
including 300 skilled engineers and expanded its factory coverage to
10,000㎡.
 
Seaflyer's business range mainly consists of 2 fields as below:
 
1. Plastic injection mold tooling :
We are specialized in
designing and manufacturing mid and large sized injection mold for
automotive and home appliance industries. In addition, we are also
experienced in the design and manufacture of BMC mold, MUD mold, BI injection mold, stack mold, overmold, Gas-assist mould, prototype and die casting. The size of the largest mold that we can make reaches 2m*1.8m which weighs about 18 tons.
 
2. Precision mold tooling, moulding, secondary treatment and assembly (Total-Solution Service)
Focusing on precision
injection mold design, manufacture and molding for mobile phone,
medical and electronic industries, we also provide secondary operation
services, such as, painting, silk print, assembly and sourced plating,
bronzing. Seaflyer is equipped with advanced machining equipments,
including 6 high speed CNC, 7 CNC, 2 Precision wire cut machines, 6
precision EDM, 14 precision grinding machine and 30 injection molding
machines ( From 80 to 500 ton). In addition, Seaflyer is also equipped
with one ten thousand grade auto oil-spray line and one hundred
thousand grade manual oil-spray line. We are capable of making 80-100
sets per month depending on the size and complexity.
 
Seaflyer had become an ISO9001:2000 certified company in May, 2005 , a member of Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association in 2007, and a TS16949
certified company in2008. With a comprehensive quality control system
and a determination to acheive it, Seaflyer always supplies products
with high quality. Now over 90% of its products are exported to Europe,
North America, Japan and Middle East.
