Brief Introduction
Brazilian BBQ originates from Gauchos who live in the Pampas Grassland between Southern Brazil and Argentina. Gaucho is a horse back nation and BBQ meat is their lifestyle for generations.
Gaucho Garden Grill opened its first restaurant in Shenzhen at November 2001, invested by Mr. Roger Zen a true Gaucho descents with family traditions. The restaurant becomes the first of its kind and with the longest operation years in Shenzhen. The restaurant inherited the tradition of Brazilian BBQ lifestyle, fire work with lots of meat, drinking and dancing. Forget all the problems and enjoy with family and friends. Special meat are bought form Brazil and Argentina so as some drinks and wine. Three branch restaurants accommodate around 200 seats in both indoor and outdoor terrace.
Gaucho Garden Grill has developed three branches in Shekou, Nanshan and Futian all in great location of main shopping area. Futian branch opened most recently in Shopping Park next block of the Coco Park in the CBD of Shenzhen.

花园巴西烤肉简介 巴西烤肉源自于巴西南部和阿根廷北部的潘帕斯（Pampas Grassland）大草原，世代居住于该地区的高乔人（Gaucho）以游牧为生，肉类是高乔人的主要食品。篝火、鲜肉和粗盐是高乔人烹饪的主要方式。游牧生活的世代传承，形成了巴西烤肉独特的风格。人们围着篝火，载歌载舞，大块吃肉，大碗喝酒，忘却生活的烦恼，增强家族的凝聚…….粗狂豪放！ 花园巴西烤肉餐厅（Gaucho Garden Grill）创办于1958年，在巴西南部各城市拥有十一家分店。餐厅的标志反映的高乔人的形象。2001年11月，高乔人的烤肉世家罗杰先生（Mr. Roger Zen）在深圳蛇口创建了深圳第一家巴西烤肉餐厅，是深圳唯一一家由巴西人投资经营的、到目前为止经营时间最长的巴西烤肉餐厅。餐厅注重巴西烤肉文化的传承，在选料上采用巴西及阿根廷进口牛肉以及巴西进口酒水饮料。蛇口店可容纳200人就餐，既有优雅的室内环境，又有200多平方的室外露台，由于肉品的精良和烤制工艺的精湛，餐厅自开业以来，一直高朋满座，深受各界的关爱，尤其是在深的外籍人士首选的烤肉餐厅。2006、2007 年两次被深圳餐饮协会及《深圳晚报》评为“深圳百家必吃食府”。 花园巴西烤肉保利店于2008年3月1日开业，餐厅位于南山区保利文化广场A座，毗邻华南地区最大的剧院——保利剧院，具体位置则与保利国际影院成对望之势，让您在享受美食之余还可与精神文明保持亲密接触。保利广场拥有深圳最大的停车场之一，停车极为方便，不失为商务会餐、朋友聚餐的首选。保利店可容纳150人同时就餐。 花园巴西烤肉购物公园店是公司在福田中心区新开的又一家分店。在传承了巴西高乔民族烤肉风格的基础上，又增加了十几款套餐品种，以满足中心区上班一族的需求。购物公园店属地铁上盖物业，交通十分便利。拥有200余餐位及200余平方米的室外露台， 花园巴西烤肉餐厅采用自助餐形式，牛羊猪禽等十余款烤肉，热菜沙律，中西靓汤，甜品水果等二十余款，任吃任选。餐厅除接待常规性就餐，还可接待家庭聚餐，公司聚会。餐厅还不定期举行经典音乐、桑巴歌舞表演，让您在大快朵颐中领略异域文化和风情。 体验巴西高乔风情，尽在花园巴西烤肉。
