During the first phrase of hotel opening in October 2008, guestrooms and suites (without Horizon Club guestrooms), meeting and banqueting facilities, the all-day dining Cafe Zen, Fook Lam Moon Chinese Restaurant, Lobby Lounge and Health Club are available.
