This place is great, just what Shenzhen needs! A relaxed place to eat with good quality foods. My only concern is that they continue to maintain the standards which they have started with, like alot of these new places, they start to cut corners and they can go down hill. Keep going, and don't change (especially the baked potatoes with all the good extras!).

Speaking on behalf of "they" I can assure you the standards will be maintained and hopefully will improve in certain areas where we believe there is room to make The Kitchen even better.
Michele and Shirley are award winning restaurateurs so know the cuisine and standards that western customers expect; hence The Kitchen was specially developed for the Shenzhen market.

This place is great. I've been to the kitchen about 10 times for dinner and they have never dissappointed. The food and service have both been consistently great every time. For a getaway from the standard chinese fare of shenzhen, this spot is almost always at the top of my list. Keep up the good work guys.
