Executive chef Banjamin Leib, of Italian and French descent, brings his own personality to both the kitchen and the restaurant. Chef Ben has worked in a broad range of restaurants around the world including Michelin starred Guy Savoy in Paris, France, the five star Park Hyatt in Chicago, USA or Kathleen 5 in Shanghai. Boyond simply restaurants, chef Ben has also cooked for the President of France and served as embassy chef for the French.
