The Shenzhen Ice Hockey club is a group of hockey fanatics that have found refuge from the normal daily life in China on the ice. We are the first hockey organization in Southern Mainland China to have league hockey.
Our hockey program started in 2007 with a few guys getting together for pick-up games. Over the years it has grown and grown. We now have over 50 players that come out on the regular for pick-up games twice week. We are currently in the process of defining our league so that we have a self sufficient hockey program within our own walls. So hopefully when you check back with us later our site will have the league’s teams announced.
Today our hockey program is comprised of players from around the world. We have players consisting of all skill levels in our program. We have ex-Olympians, college players, and many junior division players. We are open to players of all skill levels coming out and playing. We will make sure that whoever you are and no matter how well you can or cannot skate that you get the opportunity to play.
