Charlie's Bar & Grill

Excellent local pub for residents in Coastal Gardens/Peninsula area. It has nice decor, smooth jazz/soul music, and home cooked western food. I like it because it's a great place to see my friends and neighbors and talk over a pint of beer or glass of wine.

I believe the above comment is from someone involved in this restaurant. Still it does seem like an ok place to go especially if you live near rose garden.
