Belle Epoque Club Grand Opening

Very bad service when it comes to a customer complaint..
I had a very bad experience at this place and I would never go back there again, not to mention that its over priced... But when it come to a bad attitude when you complain to the service then it would really leave a negative memory.
The menu set was Priced by Chinese language so I asked the waiter or " the excited waiter" about the meaning whether the set is for couple or for one person and his reply was that its for couple, and as a habit I always ask 3 times to confirm because I know English is not a Native language here..
at last the bill came out double the expected price! so as everyone would do I had an inquiry so Mr. waiter came and he said NO I TOLD YOU ITS FOR ONE, well if I was the only one who heard him saying its for couple then I would have thought I might be wrong, but my companion confirmed but the waiter argued back, so I got mad.. if he would have simply apologized and admited his mistake and explained that he misunderstood due to language difference then I would have simply paid and left. but he argued and argued and even raised his voice.. not to mention the useless manager.
well, sorry its a long review but I'm really frustrated with this level of service for such a well decorated place.
its seems true when they say... This Is China.
