New Feature: Send your Resume when Replying to a Job Post

We have added a function to where now users can send their resume via private messages. We have put an article together as a step by step guide in how to use this new function. If you have any questions or experience any problems please get in touch by emailing us at [email protected]. Enjoy!


1. Login to your account 

2. go to messages


3. go to write new message


4. Click "File attachments" under the Message box.


5. Click the "Choose File" button.


6. Choose your resume you would like to attach to the private message and click "Open".


7. After you have pressed "Open" press the "Attach" button and wait for your images to upload.

8. once your resume has uploaded you may add a covering letter by following steps 5-7 again.

9. You may delete your image by selecting the "delete" checkbox, you can order your attachments by clicking the arrows on the left side and dragging them up or down.


10. After you have attached all the files you want, click the "Send Message" button.

11. To know if a message you received has an attachment go to your Inbox

12. Next to the Subject there will be a paperclip icon if the message has attachments.


13. To see the attachment, click into the message by clicking on the subject of the message. In the above example you can see "Regarding: 'Test'".

14. You will see a list of attachment file names and the size of the file.


15. To see the resume you can click the file name and the resume will be opened in a new tab.

16. You can download the resume by right clicking the filename and select "Save Link As..." to save the link to your computer.
