Open Question: International Trading - The Shenzhen FOB and FCA?

I'm looking to import some goods into australia. The chinese supplier has quoted me a price per unit, with a carton quantity of 5 units.

I'm only looking a purchasing 5 units, therefor only 1 carton.

The supplier says the price is Shenzhen FOB if over RMB40000 and Shenzhen FCA if under RMB40000.

My order will be under RMB40000.

So what is Shenzhen FCA? (i understand that FOB and FCA are both shipping related terms but that's about the extent of my knowledge).

If someone could find the time to explain (in a much detail as their willing) the Shenzen FOB and FCA i would be extremely greatfull as i have very limited knowledge of importing from china.
