Exclusive hotel fined for barring officers

The Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, a key venue for diplomatic activities, has been issued a penalty of 10,000 yuan (HK$11,455) for refusing entry to court officers during an investigation into one of the Beijing hotel's tenant companies.
