There are few better feelings than walking into a bar when the band is in the middle of their set. The guitarist screeching out a solo and the front man singing like it’s his last time. The crowd up on their feet and dancing along.

 

It’s the same feeling you get when you watch the band at The Terrace. It’s a group of musicians that are very much a family, and this month the family just welcomed three exciting new members. Meet The Man Bringing Hard Rock To Shenzhen

This year marked the start of an exciting new chapter in Shenzhen with the opening of the first ever Hard Rock Hotel in Mainland China. The Hard Rock brand is one of the most recognizable in the world and its arrival is a landmark moment for the city.

 

Glenn Peat is the General Manager at the hotel and comes to Hard Rock with over 20 years of experience with Hyatt International and Shangri-La across New Zealand, Australia, India and China. Jazz Drum player required

Days Around Movies&Arts is looking for a skilled jazz drum player in November/December 2015. A new project between Milano and Shenzhen is going to start and a jazz trio, featuring the great Niccolò Faraci as bass leader, will be the star of this interesting experiment. A week of venue concerts as a "startup" for future collaborations.
