Construction of the main building had been finished and 90 percent of interior decorations had been completed, according to the city health commission.
At least four departments would be opened Dec. 28 and all facilities would be opened at the beginning of next year.

Of these, 26 are now in operation, including the new Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital, Shenzhen Ophthalmic Hospital and Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. "
