Hi,

  My name is Ryan, and I came to China for studies, however, for some reasons I moved to shenzhen from Guilin, guangxi. Then the main problem started for me which is visa issue. That is shenzhen university was processing my application, but right before my visa was going to expire to be exact 10 hours before they denied my application and when I went to there office to talk about it they said they denied my application because my visa is expired, so when I contacted the university in guilin, they also said sorry and said it is really complicated process, so they do not want to be part of it? How strange, and now I am stuck I do not want to leave for some financal situations, on the other hand, I want to stay here and start my studies again. But there is no way to solve my visa issue. No matter how many agencies I have contacted, but I hear no from every where. Why is that? Is it because of my passport? What is a passport, to me it is just a travelling document thats it. I have kept my records clean my whole life till now where I didnt intend to do anything wrong, but in reality it happened a bad record, and besides that I do not have any chance to fix this issue, China and Chinese people consider Pakistan to be there good friend, but there is not even one single option for me to solve this issue avoiding bad records, and still be able to countinue my studies. Some Friends suggested if I find a job that might solve it I tried No use, for example, Teaching jobs are only for Native speakers, and other jobs require Chinese language, which I cannot speak because of the reason I am new to China, and I just started my classes thats it and then I am stuck in this stressfull situation. 

  Hope to hear some solutions any possibillities regarding my sitaution.
