A well known MNC EMS company. With their recent restructuring in their company they are looking for a qualified candidate to take care in a central position in their 3 factories in Dong Guan.
You will be a central position for the IE in the company leading cross departmental projects in order to drive the company's production system according to client requirements. You will require to develop standards and support facility design all in a timely matter. Establishment, maintenance and deployment of lean production system will be part of the daily operations and you will be in charge of the management of various KPIs at the various production sites.
Candidate Requirements:
You will come from a good technical knowledge with hands on experience in IE with a proven record of driving lean transformations or related processes in a manufacturing enterprise. Your success will come from you communications skills and good interpersonal skills to enable a logical and fact based decisions. Experience in managing staff at different locations under a matrix organization will be a big plus while multiple project management skills is a necessity. Excellent English and mandarin communication skills are required.
