1. To conduct make or buy analysis in regards to business case reflections (UMTS/ GPRS/ SSG etc.) in the market area; global purchasing market analysis, RfI, RfP, RfQ and its evaluation and negotiation.
2. Strategic review of the supplier portfolio to achieve optimization in the Chinese/ Asian area and to develop strategic business relations with Chinese NT suppliers.
3. Development of international sourcing strategies and to improve of buying processes and tools.
4. Budget review and adjustments; contract management and execution.
5. Instructing of local purchasing agents.
1.University degree of economic science or industrial engineering.
2 At least 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the Chinese NT market and in the lead of international projects.
3 Expertise knowledge in contract law and very good industry knowledge of mobile phone networks and NT technologies.
4.Very good knowledge about:
5.functionality of mobile network (GSM-, GPRS-, UMTS-);
6.Vendor selection and evaluation on international basis; and
7.TC-specific, legal risk safeguarding.
