Job Description
This is a broad and challenging role that encompasses sales, marketing, business development, client management and recruitment. You will work with many of the most recognized international firms and companies in addition to some of the most prestigious organizations in Asia. Your job will be to consolidate and grow relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients. You will deliver the highest levels of customer service to clients and candidates specifically in relation to Engineering & Manufacturing positions and strive to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Extensive and ongoing training will be provided to help you achieve your goals.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should possess around 2 - 3 years working experience within an environment where you have had to utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills or at graduate level. Fluent in English, Mandarin and preferably in Cantonese, you will possess a determined and competitive attitude and the willingness to work as part of a dynamic team. Degree qualifications are sought, preferably engineering related, you must have high levels of commercial acumen and the confidence to influence decision makers at a senior level. Prior experience working in an engineering related position would be of benefit but is not essential.
