About The Company
The company is a leading European MNC with strong presence within the Home Appliance industry. They are actively seeking a capable Quality Director to be based out of their Shenzhen manufacturing facility.

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be leading a team of quality engineers across all quality related aspects including but not limited to quality engineering, quality assurance, audits and supplier quality management. You will be in close liaison across all departments such as engineering, supply chain and production.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in engineering, you will possess a minimum of 10 years quality management experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably with prior home appliance industry background. You will be able to combine hands-on quality functional experience with strong leadership skills to develop and mentor the team. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese are expected.
