- Implement and maintain adequate QA systems with reference to corporate policies and appropriate regulations.

- Drive continuous improvement of quality systems programs of the plant, e.g. ISO 9000 certification, Halal certification and HACCP certification, in line with corporate, external or customer requirements.

- Establish and maintain a suitable and adequate program/system for document control, batch records review, specification approval, product stability monitoring to ensure continuous compliance. · Establish and maintain a system of deviation investigation, validation and change control. · Establish and lead the system of compliance audits of plant operations, material supplies and services in accordance to corporate policies, procedures and regulations, and ensure that correction actions are monitored and timely completed. · Monitor KPIs and report. · Establish and maintain suitable and adequate sampling plans for raw and in-process materials and finished products for laboratory testing. · Maintain adequate testing laboratory facilities for conducting physical, chemical and microbiological test for products, materials, utilities and production related environment. · Establish solid relationship with local authorities and acquire product or production license.
