Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will manage new product development projects, owning ultimate responsibility for meeting key schedule milestones, cost objectives, budget objectives and design guide criteria from project start to finish. Managing team members for project related activities and providing project direction, prioritization and leadership is a key part of this role. The Project Manager must have a strong grasp all areas involved in product development and should be able to plan and manage projects effectively, through the use of a project teams and functional leaders in departments including Technical, Operations, Marketing and Industrial Design.
Our client offers a position in the R&D Center in Shenzhen (Futian), with daily cross border transportation, fringe benefits including 5 days working week and year-end double pay.
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you have a minimum of five years experience in Project Management and/or Project Engineering and have a track record of success in manage project teams. You are able to manage cross-functional new product development teams and to manage multiple projects from concept to production. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a prerequisite.
