Our client is a global leader in plastic manufacturing and have multiple sizable businesses in China. In order to cope with their expansion, they now open their doors for young qualified professionals to join their China operation.

Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for implementing their cost saving manufacturing program. This program is based on Lean and Six Sigma and you will train staff on the different manufacturing sites to obtain the predetermined cost saving targets. You will provide functional advice to the local teams and communicate frequently with Corporate to discuss activities and standardization.

Candidate Requirements:

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Mechanical engineering you posses a minimum of 5 years of working experience, including 3 years in a managing position of a manufacturer. You have good knowledge in plastic injection molding and are a strong communicator in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
