We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who can work with a team into our next phase of expansion in this new and rapidly growing market.

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and handle any help and assistance that is required

Job Description
devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations;
• organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Structure: basic salary RMB5,000-8,000 + sales promotion +year end bonus
