GENERAL MANAGER (Shenzhen based) of KERRY PROPERTIES LIMITED

The incumbent will lead a dedicated team to provide quality property management services in Shenzhen. The property portfolio includes luxury residential property and Grade A office property in prime location. He/she will be responsible for providing professional services to the residents/tenants. He/she must possess with excellent communication and supervisory skills, ability to work with people at all levels.
Requirements:-
* ？ Degree in Building Services or related disciplines
* ？ Min 10 years post qualification experience with medium/large property developers, in which at least 5 years at Grade A office/retail property management
* ？ Proven track record in managing property project on a stationed basis in PRC
* ？ Good management and interpersonal skills
* ？ Effective English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a prerequisite.
* ？ Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset
