Japanese Territory Sales Manager

Crystal Mountain International needs a Japanese Territory Sales Manager for their China-based Sales Office, capable of growing our existing market. Crystal Mountain is a foreign-owned company with an international reputation for high quality products that moved its manufacturing operations to China in 1999.

Required:
· Fluency in Japanese, English and Chinese
· Strong management and marketing skills
· Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
· Self- sufficiency, self-directed
· Forecasting, budget setting, market strategising & product development are all areas where you will be an integral team player in an entrepreneurial, growing office
· Experience in Asian markets, especially Japanese, an asset
· Sensitivity to Japanese and other cultures
· Travel outside China
· Excellent computer literacy and mobile office use – ie contact database use, instant messaging, hands free phone, etc.
