Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Website Manager.

Principal responsibilities
Accountable for supporting the Lead on the performance of the organisation's website Key Performance Indicators
Work with Digital Product teams to schedule product releases effectively
Offer ideas on improvements to traffic flow and conversions in slow performing areas
Advise on Hong Kong Website design standard consistency and regulatory compliance
Work with Small and Medium Enterprises to optimise Search Engine Optimisation
Define and develop improvement opportunities across customer experience, product sales and digitally native capabilities
Define functional and deployment requirements, in conjunction with Software Delivery, Change Delivery, Marketing and other stakeholders to facilitate improved customer engagement on the Hong Kong Public Website
Support the refinement of the customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with Group Marketing, Proposition, Multichannel, and other key stakeholders in conjunction with the Digital Lead
Research new technologies and services to support competitive assessments and support the internal view of competitors and new entrants and regulations for Digital requirements
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict.
Be an effective team player through communication, performance management, development plans and upwards management
Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the organisation brand.
Support the build of a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and functionality deployment
Drive collaboration within the Regional and Global Propositions, Digital and Wealth teams

Candidate Requirements: 

Ideally come from a Product background and now looking at consumer websites.
Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
Hands on experience managing product development teams on projects that touch a range of technical platforms, including digital, mainframe, server based
Strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
Extensive experience with the range of product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities, product discovery, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management.
Proven ability to manage third party partners both in partnership development when required, and ongoing partner management
Possess a blend of business and technical savvy, ability to drive strategy into action
An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation.
Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
Proven ability to influence large teams without direct Managerership authority.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable.
Strong Analytical and Presentation skills.
Energetic, positive attitude and team player.
Cantonese and Mandarin speaking and writing abilities
