Currently we are working on the Director of Sales & Marketing position with a very reputable regional chain company for their deluxe hotel in Shenzhen, China. Shenzhen is only 1 hour away by train from Hong Kong. The hotel has about 300 rooms, is an international 5 star business hotel in Shenzhen, located in the city's central business centre.

The position reports to General Manager and we are looking for someone with 5 star background, good working knowledge of China markets to recruit, train and develop an effective sales & marketing team. Minimum 10 years in marketing related operations, of which at least 6 will be at hotel specific. Salary is negotiable plus good benefits and hotel will provide accommodation (live-in).
