Basic Responsibilities ( but not limited to)

Organising meetings
arranging appointments
booking transport and accommodation
ordering stationery and furniture
dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
preparing letters, presentations and reports
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Handling flow of RMA related spare parts / defective goods

Candidate Requirements: 

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor in any discipline
• Knowledge in sourcing, procurement and office management
• A self-motivated team player, you will possess excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
together with the ability to manage complexity and meet tight deadlines
• Mature and passionate about work
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Mandarin
