International Sales Executive

We have one position available for an outgoing person, willing to learn who is looking to work in a foreign company in an international business environment.

  1. Information About Position:

Position: International Sales Executive
Department: International Sales
Reporting to: International Sales Manager (foreign national)
Salary: Base salary and commission (commission after completion of short probation period) - negotiable
Location: Asia Head Office in Shenzhen Futian
Will have daily contact with company President (foreign national).

  1. Objective Description:

Work with other members of the international sales team to develop new business-to-business customers, territories and improve company brand awareness.
New customer will be found by attending global trade fairs with the team as well as contacting sales leads by phone, email, Skype etc.
Brand awareness focus will be on social media and company blog.
Very little restrictions with all new ideas welcome.

  1. Responsibilities:

i. Contact new customers mainly from previous sales leads, set up meetings to make sales pitches.
ii. Attend global trade fairs; be at the booth talking with customers from all over the world selling the product.
iii. Receive orders from customers, process those orders and work with shipping department to ship orders.
iv. Work with marketing team to regularly update social media accounts, blog etc.
v. Required to travel within China and overseas for trade fairs and customer meetings.
vi. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and deadlines within schedule.
vii. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Candidate Requirements: 
  1. Applicant Requirements:

i. Minimum college bachelor degree. Degree in; business, management, marketing or similar is preferred.
ii. 2+ years working experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
iii. Experience working in an office environment with staff of different nationalities or experience interacting with people of different nationalities.
iv. Good knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
v. Good knowledge of social media.

  1. Skills:

i. Excellent English skills including writing, reading, listening and speaking skills.
ii. Good Chinese skills (listening, spoken and written) is preferred.
iii. Willing to learn new skills.
iv. Good communication and interpersonal relation skills.
v. Be able to think on your feet.
vi. Positive, outgoing and result oriented.
