  1. According to the recruitment requirements, post job demand information to ensure the information is accurate;
  2. According to JD, screen resumes and actively search for resumes to ensure that the candidates for referral interviews basically meet the qualification requirements for positions;
  3. Responsible for the implementation of the recruitment plan, invitation interview, interview process arrangement, and recruitment;
  4. Responsible for the interview, reception, and preliminary test (partial position) of the interviewer;
  5. Communicate the treatment of the persons to be hired and issue a notice of employment;
  6. Assist in expanding and maintaining the company's recruitment channels, improve the talent pool management mechanism, and do a good job in resume management and information confidentiality;
  7. Responsible for employee entry, rectification, transaction, resignation procedures, employee information management and file management;
  8. Apply for a foreign visa;
  9. Purchase and management of office items;
  10. Assist in the translation of relevant materials and documents;
  11. Other administrative tasks arranged by the superior.

1、根据招聘需求,发布职位需求信息,确保信息准确无误;
2、根据JD,筛选简历、主动搜索简历,确保推荐面试的人才基本符合岗位任职资格要求;
3、负责招聘计划执行,邀约面试、面试流程安排、录用等;
4、负责面试人员的通知、接待、初试(部份岗位)工作;
5、对拟录用人员进行待遇沟通,发放录用通知;
6、协助拓展并维护公司招聘渠道,完善人才库管理机制,做好简历管理与信息保密工作;
7、负责员工入职、转正、异动、离职手续办理,员工信息管理及档案管理工作;
8、办理外籍签证;
9、办公物品采购及管理;
10、协助翻译相关的资料及文件;
11、上级安排的其他行政工作。

Candidate Requirements: 
  1. College degree or above, 25-32 years old, more than 2 years of personnel work experience;
    2, familiar with the screening of resume skills have a basic interview method
  2. Proficient in the recruitment process and various recruitment channels, and can quickly acquire the talents needed by the employing department through various channels.
    4, cheerful personality, communication and coordination ability, logical and rational, self-motivated, strong resistance, hard work and hardship.
    5, fluent in spoken and written English
