This person will be the leader of all sourcing and product development efforts for Status Audio in Shenzhen.

The job is open to both expatriates and native Chinese - however, 100% fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

They will be the key point of contact for all our existing suppliers. They will be responsible for finding the new & best suppliers, interacting with our network of industrial designers, and finding contractors to complete various product development tasks.

They will have very strong network of suppliers and contractors, so they can anticipate trends and make sure we are the quickest to market for new products.

Commercial Sales Manager - Asia

Position Summary
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growth of key customers as well as the generation of revenue from new business in assigned markets in Asia. This role may have to close deals with establish distribution and retail companies at senior management or director level. This role has no direct management responsibility but will involve leading team in assigned projects.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Devise commercial sales strategies with the goal of increasing points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, trial, conversion and ultimately user acquisition.
2. Day to day management of multiple Key Accounts and Distributors in assigned markets.

 

Sourcing Agent Needed - Sustainable/Eco-Friendly Products

Your responsibilities would include:
• Research product specifications and define factory requirements;
• Search for new suppliers and determine if they are able to meet buyer requirements;
• Organize supplier information and keep factory records up to date;
• Purchase samples and photograph products;
• Negotiate with suppliers and create purchase orders for new orders;
• Follow factories throughout the production;
• Organize quality control inspections;

Musical Instrument – Purchasing / Sourcing Assistant (Australian Company)

Responsibilities:
1. Source products direct from factories (not trading company’s). Negotiate prices, make agreements and push these factories to ensure they deliver the right product, on-time, for every order.
2. You will need to travel to factories to check samples, production and do quality checks. Most suppliers are in Dongguan.
3. You will find packing staff, supervise them packing and bundling products in our warehouse.
4. Work with our exciting international team who are spread around the globe, for managing inventory, shipments and product quality issues.
5. Arrange orders, follow up with suppliers, arrange shipments for export.
