This person will be the leader of all sourcing and product development efforts for Status Audio in Shenzhen.

The job is open to both expatriates and native Chinese - however, 100% fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

They will be the key point of contact for all our existing suppliers. They will be responsible for finding the new & best suppliers, interacting with our network of industrial designers, and finding contractors to complete various product development tasks.

They will have very strong network of suppliers and contractors, so they can anticipate trends and make sure we are the quickest to market for new products.

Responsible for examining outgoing finished medical device products to ensure supplier quality and compliance. Ensures that products meet specifications of our customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect outgoing finished medical device products to ensure orders meet specifications
Perform physical inspection process
Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, comparing to specifications etc.).
Perform random raw material inspections
Perform random in-line production inspections
Record inspection observations of products
Produce and compile detailed reports of inspections
Assist Manger with coordination of outbound international shipments and shipping schedules

Responsibilities
Responsible for export/import coordination base on the purchase order and the delivery schedules. Acknowledge the completion/inspection of product. Container booking from forwarders. Send the cargo and delivery information to forwarder(packing list, delivery address, warehouse receipt etc.)
Develop new forwarder, obtain the best price and best route
Coordinate with QC/Purchasing department, customs house broker etc., prepare the shipping information and documentation. Arrange the customs declaration, transportation, commodity inspection, loading etc.properly.
Follow up the container movement, update the container tracking report.
Coordinate with the importer in India on import and customs clearance
Prepare related shipping documents( BL/Insurance/CO/DCC etc)

 

E-commerce administrator跨境电商运营专员

  • Create the listing of the new products, include improve the product pictures, product titles and descriptions etc.
  • Uploading the listing on the ERP or E-commerce website.
