This person will be the leader of all sourcing and product development efforts for Status Audio in Shenzhen.

The job is open to both expatriates and native Chinese - however, 100% fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

They will be the key point of contact for all our existing suppliers. They will be responsible for finding the new & best suppliers, interacting with our network of industrial designers, and finding contractors to complete various product development tasks.

They will have very strong network of suppliers and contractors, so they can anticipate trends and make sure we are the quickest to market for new products.

Description :
Perform administrative, clerical and support functions in a fast paced, high volume to ensure the accurate, efficient and timely shipping, receiving, storage and retrieval of finished goods and components to support the needs of the Logistics operation. 担当物流部门行政文书方面的工作,配合支持物流运作的需求,以达成精准、高效及时的物流运输、物料收发及仓储。

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Completes the shipping, receiving and picking orders with related documents such as manufacturing orders, shipping notices and delivery notes etc .,coordinate Logistics and warehouse daily work.
• 处理货物收发文件,如工单,发货通知,送货单等,协助安排物流及仓库日常工作。
• Prepares required documents for all air land and sea freight shipments, such as invoice, packing list etc.,
• 制作海运,空运,及国内运输所需相关文件, 如发票,装箱单等。

 

Coordinator – Purchasing and logistics

Responsibilities:
1. In charge of procurement of company products (i.e: network cabling products), process POs to suppliers
2. Keeping track of Purchase order lead times and delivery dates
3. Ensure goods are shipped on time
4. Manage customized materials stock and keep updated to related team internally
5. Dealing the lead time inquires and reply to sales team timely
6. Maintain good relationship with suppliers, evaluate supplier’s performance periodically to ensure every supplier’s service can meet the company operation demands.

 

Technical project manager

Profile:
- Engineering diploma in Electronic or mechanical in USA, Canada or Australia
- Experienced design and dealing with project
- 2-5 years experience

Skills:
- English native
- Mandarin not mandatory
- Design options (optional)
o Solidworkds
o Creo – ProEng - Solidwork
o Electronic schematic and layout
- Strong team player and communication skills

Position:
- Technical project manager for prototypes to production.
- Follow product requirements with customers
- Ensure development is on track and according to requirements
- Support and get support from local team

Location: Chang’an, Xinfa Lu area

Other conditions:
- Provide working visa
- No dormitory/food compensation
- Salary 14k to 20k based on experience and capability
- 3 years contract minimum
