I. Job: ESL Teachers for Nanshan public schools(housing allowance/paid holidays)

II. Public school Average Class size: 40-50 students.
Working hours: 8am-12pm, 2pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Teaching hours :up to 18 classes per week (40-45 mins for each class period)
Starting date: February,2020

III．Package and Benefits:
Salary: 12K-15K (based on teaching experience)
Housing:3000 RMB housing allowance per month
Flight: 8,000 RMB ($1300+) flight bonus, paid in two halves
Performance bonus:6,000 RMB, paid in two halves
Holiday: Fully paid one month holiday, all public holidays- fully paid
Insurance: Accidental Insurance and National Social Insurance
Visa: Z visa & residence permit & work permit

Location:Nanshan/Futian/Luohu/Bantian/Longhua/Baoan, Shenzhen, China

Work time: 9:00-12:00AM(Monday to Friday)

Days off: Two days in weekend

Student age : 2-6 years old

Class size : maximum 10 students / class

Job details:
1.Skills to lead a class of 2 to 6 years old children or parent-child pair activities
2.Prepare the teaching props and related environment for the class
3.Observe and monitor kids’ learning process, guide and scaffold the kids to meet their individual need.
4.Conduct the DEMO class and support marketing events
