Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway  was traced to more than thirty billion years of controversy.  In this regard, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation said that they have commissioned the Transport Planning Center,  is working with relevant departments,  in consultation hopes to determine a reasonable fee.

Hoax Radiation SMS About Fukashima Accident Spreads To Shenzhen

A hoax SMS text message claiming that radiation may hit the Shenzhen, following explosions that have rocked Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant, have caused such a problem that authorities in Shenzhen have issued an official denial.

The text of one of the hoaxes that is being spread via SMS messages reads in English and Chinese as follows:

Japan govt confirms radiation leak at Fukushima nuclear plants. Asian countries should take necessary precautions. If rain comes, remain indoors first 24hrs. Close doors & windows. Swab neck skin with betadine where thyroid area is, radiation hits thyroid first. Take extra precautions. Radiation may hit southern china at startng 4pm today. Pls send to your loved ones."

"An explosion early Tuesday morning damaged the No. 2 reactor at Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, the third in a series of blasts that have now hit each of the three crippled reactors at the plant, plant officials said.

The blast at Dai-ichi Unit 2 followed two hydrogen explosions at the plant — the latest on Monday — as authorities struggle to prevent the catastrophic release of radiation in the area devastated by a tsunami.

Japan Federation of Chinese and overseas Chinese(日本四国华人华侨联合会) contributed 500,000 yen to the Earthquake

In order to express condolences to quake-hit areas,  Japan Federation of Chinese and overseas Chinese have been raised to 500,000 yen as the first donation of funds to the quake-hit areas of Northeast Japan. President Zhang Jiashu donated ¥ 300,000 as an individual donationter, Each Member of the council Federation contributions 200,000 yen.

On Friday, at 2:46 p.m. Tokyo time, March 11, 2011, the quake struck. First came the roar and rumble of the temblor, shaking skyscrapers, toppling furniture and buckling highways.
