Shang Garden Launches Nove Dinning Experience with Red Mansions Banquet

Shang Garden Chinese Restaurant at Futian Shangri-La, Sheznhen will bring the famous Chinese literary classic, A Dream of Red Mansions, to life with its Red Mansions Banquet from 7 December 2011 to 5 February 2012.  This elaborate banquet marks the celebration of the 1st anniversary of Shang Garden, the festive season and Chinese New Year.

The Red Mansions Banquet is suitable for eight to 10 persons and it is priced at Rmb8,888 plus 15% service charge.  Due to the long hours of preparation and intricate presentation involved in each dish, the Red Mansions Banquet is limited to only one booking for a table of eight to 10 persons each evening.  Two days advanced reservation is required.
