Fabulous! High quality Italian food in Shenzhen. Chef was very flexible, and prepared a vegetarian mushroom risotto that wasn't on the menu. Appetizers (radicchio, asiago, poached egg, and black truffle), main course (whole wheat pasta with ricotta), and dessert (tiramisu) were all absolutely delicious.

Yes, is "The Ritz-Carlton", luxury brand, but prices are absolutely affordables and Casual dress code is a must!

Paletto has a great value with the new Starter buffet for lunch. Just 138 RMB and if you wnat to add a main course just 48 RMB plus. I tried it and it is defintely worth the price. I also recommend it for dinner. The Manager is very friendly and gives you a warm welcome and the chef is from Italy, preparing really good food. Good for couples.

Expensive....... this is the word better describe this place. I order a simple pasta dish and they charge me 200 RMB( with the service charge become 230), a glass of wine it was 160 RMB, and both were very small portions. I wanted to take a grappa to end but I saw the price 98 RMB for a shot then I left. I know is a ritz carlton, but they cant cheat people in this way.....they will never see me again.

Came to this restaurant in the Ritz Carlton but is the worst place I´ve been during my last 10 years! Not because of the food but because of the completely arrogant Manager and Chef they get!! Always refused to accommodate my simple requests gaving me answers as: "this is not Italian"; "in Italy we dont eat like that"..I dont care if in Italy they don´t like to add/change some ingredients in a pasta or risotto..After I understood why that place was empty!They deserve it! Don´t go there 

my mother is italian, either i born in States. and i learnt that at list must respect others countries culture. and if the Chef is advising me about the right way to eat his own country food, well, i'll listen very carefully. therefore, i used to dine quite often at this restaurant, and manager and chef always accomodated my special but reasonable requests. my wife is italian from basilicata, and we can say that the Chef cooks more than great italian food. the manager, Mr. Michele he always treats us as family members, as old friends, and we chosed this venue many times for our special celebrations. for Mr Johny Simon, i believe you were in the wrong restaurant, or you must be one of those "fake Sommelier and Chef" just been in italy once, or being eating in a very expensive italian fake restaurant, as almost 99% in hong kong and China, and voila' you think you are a disciple d'escoffier. if you don't care if  italy food its not served the farmer and unrespectful way you asked for, then go to Mc donald.  or go to Angelo....thats the right place for ignorant and arrogant people like you... oh, an other thing, almost forgot.. due to i go there quite often, please Mr Simon, keep your words, dont go there anymore...
