Founded in 1993, Enqing Group is a large-scale Investment Co., Ltd. It is a cross-regional company integrating high quality clothes, business interior design, fine dining service and media. Marisfrolg Women clothes, Modern Kitchen Fine Dining, Borui Interior Design and other brands are all parts of Enqing Group, which is also a controlling shareholder of Hainan Special Zone News.

In 2006, Modern Kitchen came into being as a dining brand under Enqing. Modern Kitchen Dining Management Limited obtains strong financial support, professional chef and management team, grows rapidly with its fine and comfortable dining environment and first-class facilities and service. In 2007, Modern Kitchen was opened in Shanghai. At the same year Le Marais was opened at Costal City in Shenzhen, which was the first Le Marais restaurant opened in China. It marked that a western food brand from Modern Kitchen was formally set to go. In 2010, Le Marais Shanghai Meilong Town Square Branch was opened, with a more mature image emerging in this international metropolitan.
