"Bonjour! I am Clement Charlier, a French Baker, Chocolate and Pastry Chef. I came to Shenzhen around a year ago with the aim of opening a real French bakery and pastry store.
It has been a long journey that has had many ups and downs but now with great joy and excitement we can share with you the news that our bakery is officially baking.
