I am not receiving any replies to my ad?

  1. Check your Spam folder;
  2. Login to check your “Inbox” (it should be right below the "Search" and your account name on the left bar);
  3. If you see new messages in your Inbox, but have not received notifications emails, please email info@shenzhenparty.com so we can fix your account;
  4. If you have no new responses in your Inbox, then please consider revising your ad to make it clearer or more interesting.
  5. We pay for a special service to ensure email delivery to your email mailbox

Can I see messages I have sent?

  1. After you login, click on your “Inbox” (it should be right below the "Search" and your account name on the left bar);
  2. On your "Inbox" page, find "Sent Messages" and click on it.

If you have subscribed to the daily insider tips newsletter and are not receiving it on a Monday through Friday basis you should take the following steps:

  1. Add the email address info@shenzhenparty.com to your mail client's address book
  2. Check your spam/junk folder and if you find the email mark the mail as not junk/spam
  3. If you still can't find the newsletter please send an email to info@ShenzhenParty.com

Note: if you are using gmail you may need to place emails in your primary tabs.
