在这个全日工作坊中,你将学习静观的基础知识,感受到身体意识的不同层次,学习观察呼吸,如何用意识连接周围环境,以及静观行走的方式。参加该工作坊之后,你会掌握将冥想发展为终身练习的必要技能。你会逐渐感受到冥想带来的好处,逐渐提升的专注力,逐渐减少的压力,你对生活的清晰感会上升到新的层次,整体的幸福感也会大大提高。

 

Class Description

 

In this full day workshop, you will learn the foundations of mindfulness, understand different levels of awareness in the body, learn to watch the breath, connect with the environment and mindful walking.

 

After attending this workshop, you will have the necessary skills to develop a lifelong meditation practice. As a result, your focus will start to naturally improve, stress will lower, you will start to gain a new level of clarity in life, and have more overall happiness.

静观的不同方式

 

呼吸意识法

 

  • 学员们将学习呼吸计数的艺术,如何轻松地放松大脑,跟随呼吸。

  • 学员将学习如何在不计算的情况下自然地长时间观察呼吸10分钟。

 

身体知觉法

 

  • 学员将学习如何将他们的意识从呼吸转移到身体。这样我们就能在任何地方练习静观。

 

环境意识法(开放意识)

 

  • 学员们将学习如何不加反应地观察环境。这种方法将帮助学员对自我和现实的本质有更深刻的认识。

 

Exploring Four Different

Methods of Mindfulness

 

  • The Relaxation Method

 

    • Students will learn how to relax their bodies by performing a body scan.

 

  • The Breath Awareness Method

    • Students will learn the art of breath counting. How to effortlessly relax the mind and follow the breath.

 

    • Students will learn how to watch the breath for an extended period of time 10 minutes naturally without counting.

 

  • The Body Awareness Method

    • Students will learn how to shift their awareness from the breath to the body. In this way we are able to practice mindfulness anywhere.

 

  • Environmental Awareness Method (Open Awareness)

    • Students will learn how to observe the environment mindfully without reacting. This method allows students to gain deep insight into themselves and the nature of reality.

 

 

 

 

独立练习

 

  • 行走及坐立冥想教导完成本次工作坊后,学员将逐渐掌握如何在睁眼状态下进行静观冥想练习。这对未来把静观作为日常练习有极大的帮助。

 

  • 学员将学习如何把静观冥想练习作为个人的长期实践。

 

Independent Practice

 

  • A combination of walking and sitting meditations will be taught and lead.

 

  • Throughout this workshop, students will be taught how to gradually practice mindfulness meditation with their eyes open. This is extremely powerful for practicing daily mindfulness.

 

  • Students will learn how to practice mindfulness meditation for an extended period of time on their own. 

 

 

 

 

未来练习策略

 

  • 作为一个团体,我们将为每个学员制定一个长期的策略,帮助他们通过专注冥想的习惯为成功助力。计划期限长达6个月。

A Strategy for The Future

 

  • As a group, we will set up a long-term strategy for each student to ensure they succeed with the habit of mindfulness meditation. Planning for 6+ months.

 

  • Students will be set up with tools that they can use to understand if they are practicing mindfulness meditation correctly or not. This will allow confidence to grow over time.

Brandon Mehrgut,上海静观中心创始人,中国最大静观社群组建者,会员超过6500人。Brandon专注静观冥想领域15年之久。他师从加拿大,美国,香港,台湾以及中国的多位静观冥想大师。他是通过专业认证的静观训练师,就职于全球静观培训领域的领导品牌Potential Project ,其客户包括美国政府,阿里巴巴,迪士尼,乐高及其他大型企业。

About The Teacher

 

Brandon is the founder of Shanghai Mindfulness, China’s largest mindfulness community of over 6,500 members. Brandon has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 15 years. He has learned from many masters around the world from Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. He is a certified mindfulness teacher through Potential Project, the global leader in Corporate-Based Mindfulness Training. His past clients include the USA Government, Alibaba, Disney, LEGO, and many others.

 

Brandon is also a fully certified Mindfulness Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is very passionate about teaching mindfulness in a modern and relatable way that helps students build a long-term habit.
