Weingut P.J. Valckenberg
and its more than 500-year-old vineyards are located in the heart of the
Nibelungen Town of Worms on the banks of the Rhine. Limited yields and a selective hand-harvest of
ripe, healthy berries are the fundamental to their quality philosophy. On
November 18th, ASC Fine Wines and Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen will reflect the
essence of German wines in an exquisite food and wine matching, with the
presentation of Wilhelm Steifensand, president of Valckenberg and Bernhard
Huber, owner of Bernhard.
