Dragon Boat Festival is one of the Chinese traditions with longest history. Rice Dumplings are given as appreciation to friends and family before the 5th May of the Lunar Calendar.

Chef Sham from El Chino Chinese Restaurant presents his originality. An array of seasonal ingredients from dried scallop, mushrooms, red beans to lotus seed are mixed.
